Abstract
La formación supone cancelar la frontera entre lo que
sabemos y lo que somos. Y es la relación experiencia-saber
(frente a la tradicional de teoría-práctica) la necesaria en el
quehacer educativo. La noción de experiencia es entendida
como lo que nos pasa y nos mueve a pensar el sentido de
lo educativo. La idea de saber es entendida como el fruto
de la experiencia, que tiene siempre un fuerte componente
personal. En el texto se desarrollan estas ideas y se plantean
modos de abordar en la formación docente este proceso
de construcción de la relación personal entre experiencia
y saber.
Education means to bridge the gap between what we know and what we are. And the relationship between experience and knowledge (in contrast to the traditional relationship between theory and practice) is necessary and important in education. The notion of experience is understood as what happens to us and leads us to think about the meaning of education. The idea of knowledge is understood as the result of experience, which always has a strong personal component. These ideas are discussed in the paper, and ways of tackling this process of building a personal relationship between experience and knowledge in teacher education are offered.
