Abstract
Este artículo presenta la elaboración de una escala tipo likert para medir las actitudes de los estudiantes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria del sistema educativo español2. Realizamos un breve análisis acerca de la actitud, la construcción y aplicación piloto de la escala y, la aplicación final. Presentamos las características de la muestra utilizada, la fiabilidad y validez, la discriminación y homogeneidad de los ítems. Los resultados muestran una escala formada por 19 ítems dividida en dos factores con una fiabilidad final de α=.9706. Estos resultados superan los obtenidos por Fennema y Sherman (1976), Sandman (1980), Watson (1983) y Robers (1980); y similares a los de Wise (1985) y Auzmendi (1991). Se aportan también resultados de la aplicación del cuestionario a una muestra de 1220 sujetos respecto a las variables tipo de centro, curso y sexo.
This article presents the elaboration of a scale type likert to measure the attitudes of the students of Obligatory Secondary Education of the Spanish educative System. We made a brief analysis on about the attitude, the construction and application pilot of the scale and, the final application. We presented the characteristics of the used sample, the results of reliability and validity, discrimination and homogeneity of the items. The results show a scale formed by 19 items divided in two factors with a final reliability of α=.9706. These results surpass the obtained ones by Fennema and Sherman (1976), Sandman (1980), Watson (1983) and Robers (1980); and similars to those of Wise (1985) and Auzmendi (1991).
