Abstract
El desarrollo digital y tecnológico plantea grandes retos que afectarán a todos los empleos y sectores profesionales. Para lograr aprovechar al máximo las nuevas oportunidades y atenuar sus efectos negativos es preciso un replanteamiento profundo de los sistemas de capacitación y formación, incluido el universitario. Esto, a través un nuevo modelo y metodología de aprendizaje que exige de una importante inversión en recursos digitales, así como de un fomento de la innovación docente del profesorado.
Abstract: Digital and technological development poses major challenges that will affect all jobs and professional sectors. To make the most of the new opportunities and mitigate their negative effects, a profound rethinking of training and education systems, including the university system is necessary. This will be achieved through a new learning model and methodology that requires a significant investment in digital resources, as well as promoting teaching innovation by teachers.
