literatura oral y tradicional.
El recorrido por algunos de ellos, vinculados en
muchas ocasiones al folclore, revelan el
rico y variado
patrimonio
literario
sefardí, pues resultan valiosos testimonios de la cultura de todo un pueb
lo.
This paper stems from a conference presentation given at the University of Murcia, on the occasion of the celebration of the 7th International Ladino Day. It was aimed a t providing an overview on the publication, in modern Sephardic newspapers, of genres related to and traditional literature. A brief look at some of these, frequently linked to folklore, gives evidence of the rich and varied Sephardic literary heritage, as they constitute valuable testimonies of the culture of an whole civilization.
