Abstract
En este trabajo se realiza una interpretación, desde la revisión documental, de los principales hitos constitutivos de la teoría del Gran Reemplazo, como idea sobre la posible sustitución demográfica en Occidente. Se recogen sus principales intelectuales, las grandes polémicas asociadas y sus derivaciones políticas en los movimientos nacionalistas, identitarios
y soberanistas, reconstruyendo la historia de dicha teoría desde su génesis en el siglo XX, como interpretación de impacto marginal en ciertos sectores mediáticos y e ideológicos, hasta su relativa influencia en el siglo XXI, dentro del fenómeno político-social nativista de rechazo o control del proceso migratorio contemporáneo y sus efectos multiculturales.
In this paper, an interpretation is made, from a documentary review, of the main constitutive milestones of the theory of the Great Replacement, as an idea about the possible demographic substitution in the West. Its main intellectuals, the great associated controversies and their political derivations in the nationalist, identity and sovereignist movements are collected, reconstructing the history of said theory from its genesis in the 20th century, as an interpretation of marginal impact in certain media and ideological sectors. , until its relative influence in the 21st century, within the nativist political-social phenomenon of rejection or control of the contemporary migratory process and its multicultural effects.
