Abstract
Parece que los esfuerzos de prevención
que se han desarrollado estos últimos años
subestiman algunos aspectos específicos de los determinantes de lo comportamientos vinculados a la salud. Entre ellos, que los riesgos se refieren a los factores sociales, es decir, más al entorno social y colectivo de pertenencia que a la vulnerabilidad personal. De ahí que podamos establecer como hipótesis que la sociedad mantiene con el alcohol una actitud ambigua: por una parte, denuncia sus efectos perversos y, por otra, favorece la alcoholización y el alcoholismo.
La tarea es la de evitar la exclusión mediante procesos educativos.
Abstract: The works made in the last decades about the drugs prevention have understimated some specifics aspects of the determinants linked to the health behaviours. Between those one there are the risks related to the social factors, i.e., more linked to the social environment than to the personal vulnerability. So we can advance the hypothesis that the society plays an ambiguous role respects to the alcohol: on the one hand denounce theirs undesirable effects and on the other hand flatter the alcoholism and the alcoholízation. The task is, in any case, to avoit edu - cationaly the exclusion proces.
