Abstract
A group of university students took part in a multi-task teamwork experience in which they had to make use of some of the abilities regarded as most valuable by organizations. Before starting, participants agreed on the definition of one of the essential concepts to successfully accomplish multi-tasks critical thinking in team working as well as the best way to assess it. At the end of the multi-task, participants self-assessed and assessed their peers' critical thinking throughout the activity by using the agreed criteria and the assessment tool designed by them: a rubric. Two types of analyses were conducted in order to analyze the results of this research study: a quantitative analysis on peers' assessment and self-assessment scorings, and a qualitative analysis concerning the process experienced by participants.
