Abstract
Este trabajo intenta ser una propuesta organizativa para una mejor clarificación de la gestión pedagógica en los centros de educación infantil y primaria, del imitando responsabilidades y competencias.
En él aparece el claustro como el órgano que dirige todas las actividades docentes, asesorado por comisiones de estudio y planificación, que son los seminarios. El diseño puntual y la ejecución de dichas actividades corresponde a los equipos docentes, con la coordinación de la jefatura de estudios.
This article tries to be an organization proposal for a better understanding of the role of education in the centres of children's and primary education; by delimiting responsibilities and competences. The staff as the organ that directs all the teaching activities appears in it; this is helped by commissions of study and planning, which are the departments. The punctual design and the performance of the above-mentioned activities is carried out by the teach ing teams, with the coordination of the department.
