Description
Abstract
This article describes and Intercultural Education program put into practice in a secondary college with the aim of allowing the students to see the prejudice, double language and cognitive and emotional ambiguity that is frequently use by the components of social majorities with reference to people from ethnic minorities. The second part emphasises that if Interculturalism is to be more than empty rhetoric, or worse stil, a renovated diguise for racism then it is necessary to take up the challenge of working towards conditions of equality and cooperation and against the dynamics of exclusion and the construction of ghettos.
