Description
Abstract
En la última década, el entorno
del Mar Menor ha experimentado una notable
transformación territorial derivada de
la implantación de nuevos paisajes residenciales
como medida de recualificación del
modelo tradicional.
provocado impactos territoriales negativos.
Palabras clave: Percepción, paisaje residencial,
impacto territorial, participación, gobernanza
territorial, entorno del Mar Menor.
Abstract: In the last decade, the environment of Mar Menor has experienced a remarkable territorial transformation derived from the setting of new residential landscapes as a measure for a further qualification of the traditional model. In a context where there is a gap of information and citizen participation, previous to actions of this nature, this research intends to show the real perception of the residents concerning this issue when the intervention is a fact which has an effect in their own environment. The obtained results show a refusal to an initiative that, far from making the economic sector livelier, has caused negative territorial impacts. Key words: perception, residential landscape, territorial impact, participation, territorial rule, Mar Menor environment.
