Description
Abstract
Abstract This paper deals with some considerations about Paul from Tarsus’s cosmopolitan project and his secularized version by Kant. On the one hand, the peculiarity of Paulinian cosmopolitism is presented speaking of the Derridian Deconstruction of Political Theology and its corresponding Philosophy of History. On the other hand, Carl Schmitt’s thought on Jus Publicum Europaeum is brought into conflict with Hans Kelsen’s basic thesis about World Order. The real core of the proposal is a certain approach to Paulinian and Kantian conceptions of historical time and his respective legal and political implications.
