Abstract
El establecimiento de sistemas de calidad es hoy un reto
para las entidades sociales que quieren prestar servicios,
adecuándose a las exigencias de las Administraciones
Públicas y de la UE; por lo tanto, la formación de los futuros
profesionales que han de desempeñar estas tareas en las
organizaciones, se convierte en una necesidad ineludible en
los planes de estudio para el nuevo Grado en Trabajo Social.
Aquí presentamos una propuesta de su fundamentación, al
tiempo que reflexionamos sobre los procesos de calidad y
su repercusión en las instituciones.
The establishment of quality systems is today a challenge for social entities that want to provide services, meeting the demands of the Public Administrations and of the EU. Therefore, the training of future professionals that will have to carry out these tasks in organisations becomes an unavoidable need in the curriculum of the new degree in Social Work. We present here a proposal of its grounding, while we ponder on quality processes and their repercussion on institutions.
