Description
Abstract
The aim of this work is to present a collection of plastic vases found in Libisosa (Lezuza, Albacete) in closed contexts, during the latest archaeological digs on the site. Their shape, origin, and functionality are studied, as well as their iconographic reading, and relation with a historical memory reproduced by the Iberian oligarchy. Finally, the appendix shows an unprecedented set of askoi, preserved at Linares Archaeological Museum, but possibly of Libisosa’s origin.
