Abstract
Los países europeos con altos niveles de desempleo juvenil, como España, suelen tener especial interés en aplicar políticas públicas que busquen integrar una formación de calidad con el desempeño de un puesto de trabajo. Este artículo pretende hacer un ejercicio comparativo de los contratos formativos en España con Francia y Alemania. Se abordan tres sistemas diferentes de lucha contra el problema del desempleo juvenil que permiten, a la luz de su desarrollo, establecer recomendaciones desde una perspectiva económica para mejorar el funcionamiento de estas figuras contractuales en España.
European countries with high levels of youth unemployment, such as Spain, tend to be particularly interested in implementing public policies that seek to integrate quality training with the performance of a job. This article aims to make a comparative exercise of training contracts in Spain with France and Germany. It deals with three different systems for combating the problem of youth unemployment which, in the light of their development, make it possible to establish recommendations from an economic perspective for improving the functioning of these contracts in Spain.
