Abstract
El diseño instruccional de un curso virtual en catalogación que sirviese
como referente de futuras prácticas de capacitación para bibliotecarios y demás
actores beneficiarios del Plan Nacional de Lectura y Bibliotecas, y del Sistema
Nacional de Patrimonio Bibliográfico del Ministerio de Cultura - Biblioteca
Nacional de Colombia, motivó el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación sobre la
implementación de la modalidad de formación virtual, dentro del sector de
formación continua o de empresa, como alternativa a las prácticas tradicionales de
formación, en la cual se potencie el aprendizaje autónomo del estudiante, y se
contribuya con la racionalización de los recursos disponibles en este rubro.
ABSTRACT: The instructional design of an online course in documentation that would serve as a benchmark for future practical training for librarians and other actors benefiting from the National Plan for Reading and Libraries and the National System of Bibliographical Heritage Ministry of Culture - National Library of Colombia, motivated the development of the research on the implementation of virtual training mode, in the continuing education sector or business, as an alternative to traditional training practices, which will enhance students' independent learning, and contributing to rationalization of available resources in this area.
