Abstract
Existe unanimidad en torno a la dificultad que encierran los
programas de formación inicial del profesorado y, especialmente, los
que pretenden la capacitación profesional de los profesores de
Educación Secundaria, por la propia complejidad de este nivel
educativo. Después de analizar algunos de los problemas inherentes
a dicha tarea en el marco de los estudios pedagógicos en general y
en el contexto español en particular y luego de señalar algunos
parámetros sobre las funciones docentes que exige dicho tramo
educativo, se presentan unas líneas para la configuración de un
programa de formación en el marco de la reciente normativa estatal.
There is unanimity about difficulty with the initial training programs of the teaching staff, particularly who try the professional training of the secondary school teachers because of the own complexity of this educational degree. We present some suggestions to make a training program under the recent state regulations after analyzing some of the inherent problems about this task in pedagogical studies in general, and in the Spanish context in particular and, after pointing out some parameters about the teaching functions of that educational degree.
