Abstract
Con este artículo pretendemos justificar la necesidad de una educación que estimule la reflexión de los adolescentes ante los cambios de construcción del saber promovidos por el acceso a los medios tecnológicos, principales promotores del consumo desmedido de nuestra sociedad actual. A modo de introducción, realizamos una aproximación a los modos en que las TIC están influyendo en la construcción del saber, para centrarnos posteriormente en el papel que la familia, la escuela y la administración juegan en una educación para el consumo en la que se enfaticen y respeten los derechos de los niños como consumidores.
With this article we intend to justify the need for an education that encourages adolescents to reflect upon the changes in the construction of knowledge created by the access to new technologies, which are the main cause of excessive consumption in our society today.
