Description
Abstract

The analysis conducted focuses on the verification of the existence of general behaviors between testers when disposing of their property, benefiting certain legatees preferentially over others. We study the practical application of the law of 1358 on free disposal of legacies by the disappearance of the binding of self, and the transmission of certain types of property in receptor function, establishing relationships and developments between the observed period and previous phases, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of family relationships in the Valencian society in late medieval period the transition from the modern age.
