Description
Abstract
We define ourselves as a Cooperative-Training Action-Research group constituted by teachers from different educational levels with the purpose of studying educational theory in depth and changing its practice, as an instrument for the critical transformation of social reality. This article reveals the construction of our identity as a Cooperative-Training Action-Research group based on a research process that continues over time and, in turn, is an alternative proposal for continuous teacher training by means of pedagogical sessions between and in cooperation with several professionals from different educational levels.
