Abstract
El libro trata de manera sintética los temas de la teoría general del derecho, comenzando por un estudio de la evolución y estado actual de la ciencia jurídica. Definida esta como una ciencia interpretativa nomológica, el resto del libro se dedica a analizar los temas de la interpretación jurídica desde una óptica pragmático-lingüística. Se expone la teoría de la norma, el concepto y las clases de normas jurídicas. Finalmente, se estudia el sistema jurídico, su naturaleza, su estructura y su dinámica, que incluye la legislación y la aplicación del derecho.
This book aims tooutline in a synthetic way the key themes of the General Theory of Law. It beginswith astudy of the evolution and current state of the legal science, conceived as a nomological interpretative science. The bookthen focus on analysing the themes of legal interpretation from a pragmatic-linguistic angle. In the second section, itoultines the theory and conceptof the norm and types of legal norms.Andfinally, the book studies the legal system, its nature, structure and dynamics, including thelegislation and the application of the law.
