Abstract
La atención a la diversidad promueve un cambio en el papel de los profesores en el ámbito de la escuela, lo que precisa de nuevos parámetros en la formación de todos los profesionales de la educación, encaminado a la aplicación de alternativas distintas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a desarrollar en las escuelas ordinarias. Este trabajo repasa los conceptos fundamentales sobre la formación del profesorado, para determinar las necesidades de formación en un el marco de la atención a la diversidad, tanto en la formación inicial como permanente, destacando la alternativa de la formación en centros como estrategia a desarrollar.
Attending to diversity promotes a change in the teachers' role in the school context that needs new parameters in the training of all the professionals of education, directed towards the application of different alternatives in the learning process to be developed in schools. This work revises the essential concepts of teacher training to determine training needs in a context of attention to diversity, in both initial and permanent training, and emphasizing the alternative of training in school centres as a strategy to be developed.
