Abstract
El juego es la forma más significativa de expresión en el niño. La actividad lúdica tiene una importancia capital en la vida de la escuela sobre todo en las primeras etapas. Un maestro responsable debe conocer el gran valor educativo del juego y recuperar su capacidad de jugar para una mayor comprensión y comunicación con el mundo infantil, sus deseos y necesidades. La observación del juego infantil, los distintos niveles de lectura y el problema de la intervención y participación del adulto en esta actividad, es el contenido esencial de este artículo.
Playing is the most important form of expression in the child. Learning trought playing is of great importance in school enviroment, mainly in the first stages. A consciencious teacher must know the great value of play in education and reawahen his capacity to play in orden to reach greater understanding and communication of the child's world, their wishes and necessities. In observing children at play, the teacher may encounter problems relating to participation and intervention in their activities. Another important point to be dealt with in this article is that of differences in reading abilities.
