Abstract
Un modelo de formación del profesorado que pretenda otorgar
funcionalidad a las actividades formativas y un alto compromiso en el
profesorado debe partir de la reflexión sobre la práctica y tratar de
constituir comunidades de aprendizaje de docentes en las que estos/
as se apoyen y estimulen mútuamente y además debe ofrecer
respuestas a los problemas que se plantean en el aula. En este sentido
se ha llevado a cabo una propuesta de formación sobre Adaptaciones
Curriculares como respuesta a las necesidades de formación del
profesorado de Infantil y Primaria, intentando favorecer el desarrollo
de Equipos Docentes como solucionadores de los problemas de la
práctica profesional. Se trata de vivenciar las, a veces, infructuosas
reuniones de cordinación de ciclo o nivel para mejorarlas.
A teacher's educational model, that tries to give functionality to activities and a great compromise between teachers, should begin by thinking on practice and trying to build teacher learning communities in which they support and stimulate one another; and should offer answers to classroom problems. In this way we have carried out an educational proposal on fitting curricula as an answer to educational neccesities of preschool and primary school teachers, trying to improve teachers team development like solving practice problems. Experience tries to liven the sometimes infructuous coordination meetings.
