Description
Abstract
turismo.
The main aim of this study is to analyze tourism terms that denominate modalities where there is a subordination of the appeal of destination linked to beliefs and values shared regarding sustainability and interculturality in the touristic field. The corpus of terms comes from the OBNEO database, that is, it is a corpus of neologisms found on newspapers, where this specialized lexicon is disseminated, and where, at the same time, the underlying ideologies are naturalized. The analysis will allow us to establish the conceptual relationships between these modalities, represented by terms such as ecotourism or sustainable tourism, and specific types of tourism, such as agritourism or rural tourism. We will show that the terms that represent these specific types have been conceptually modified according to the ideologies that sustain, at the present day, the development of tourism.
