Abstract
calidad.
Professional guidance as a process of student empowerment must be accessible to all people following the principles of educational equity and inclusion. The improvement of its quality can come from the integration of technologies in the work of the counselors. Aware of the lack of studies and the current relevance of vocational training, this research aims to analyze the opinion of counselors about the importance, interest and difficulties they detect in the integration of technologies. An empirical study has been carried out with a sample made up of 47.11% of the Spanish population (57 guidance professionals). Data collection was carried out with a validated online questionnaire (.81 Cronbach's Alpha). The results show a high interest in the inclusion of technologies in professional guidance, recognizing their importance in their daily work. They identify the lack of training and time as difficulties in achieving this challenge. It is concluded that guidance can be nourished by the potential of technologies and the proactive attitude that counselors demonstrate to train in this field and achieve higher quality.
