Abstract
En la primera parte se analiza el marco legal y el diseño elaborado por el Consejo de Universidades. Igualmente, se presentan unos comentarios críticos, diferenciando los aspectos positivos y negativos. En la segunda parte se ofrece un modelo alternativo de formación específica en/y de Educación Especial. Dicho modelo trata de ser coherente con postulados defendidos por su autor en otras publicaciones anteriores, como asimismo con los propugnados por el P.S.O.E. en su programa electoral de 1982.
In the first part, lawful frame and the design elaborated by Spanish University Council are analysed. Also some critical remarks are showed, differenting between positive and negative aspects. In the second part an alternative on specific training in Special Education isoffered. This model attempt to be coherent with the views offered by its author in the earlier paper and by the electoral programme P.S.O.E., (1982).
