Abstract
Este artículo se centra sobre las iniciativas que se han realizado en materia de preservación y puesta en valor del patrimonio minero. Hay que considerar las características específicas de este legado, que nos proporciona unos restos particulares, cambios del paisaje y una ocupación de terreno más amplia. Se resalta el interés reciente sobre este apartado y las dificultades para abordar unas políticas coherentes de actuación en este campo, que tienen que integrar a los diversos colectivos con intereses en estos vestigios así como a la población del entorno.
This article focuses on initiatives that have been made in the preservation and enhancement of mining heritage. We must consider the specific characteristics of this legacy, which provides singular remains, landscape changes and broader land occupation. It highlights the recent interest in this topic and the difficulties in dealing with coherent policies for action in this field. Policies that should integrate interests of several groups in these remains and the surrounding population.
