Description
Abstract
Until a few years ago, we did not even know the exact location of what was, during the last centuries of the Middle Ages, the Jewish quarter, with different hypotheses depending on the sources. However, thanks to the excavations carried out since 2003 on the castle hill and in the synagogue, we now have more information about this minority settlement. That is why in this article we analyse this material record, which is so important for the reconstruction of this specific population.
