Abstract
En este trabajo se realiza un estudio descriptivo del tiempo que dedican los alumnos de E.G.B. de Almería capital a ver televisión y su posible relación con el rendimiento académico. También se analiza la influencia de la variable sexo y status profesional del padre en las variables arriba indicadas y en la relación entre ellas.
In this paper the author carries out a descriptive study of the amount of time primary school children of the city of Almería spend watching television and its possible effect on the students performance. It's also analyzed the influence of sex and parents professional status on the variables above mentioned and the relationship with them.
