Description
Abstract
trasladado a España solicitando refugio.
After the 2011 conflict, many citizens of Syrian origin have moved to Spain seeking refuge. Among all these people there is a high percentage of minors who have to be incorporated into the Spanish educational system. However, despite the fact that there is an educational theory that must be followed, at the same time a reality is present in the classroom; The linguistic level of children and young people who arrive at schools is not adequate to introduce them directly to the corresponding reference course. These school-age refugees need a process of linguistic and cultural adaptation that is generally precarious for various reasons. This work will present the most notable problems that prevent a more productive integration into their school environment and the possible solutions that would help to solve this situation.
