Abstract
España, en la última etapa del franquismo, con el despegue
económico y tecnológico fue permeable a los cambios
científico-educativos. Tanto los aparatos del sistema como la
pedagogía académica incorporaron algunas de las innovaciones
internacionales que circulaban en aquellas fechas. En
el contexto modernizador se incluyó la formación del profesorado
con la institucionalización del Plan de Estudios de
1971. Un programa curricular que diseñaba el perfil de un
enseñante con rango universitario, pero con una preparación
más culturalista que pedagógica. Durante la transición y la
restauración democrática se impulsó la renovación pedagógica.
Con la aplicación de las nuevas metodologías se recuperaron
las tradiciones innovadoras de la enseñanza, deudoras
de los intelectuales del pasado.
