Servicio de Publicaciones, 2025) Zárate Rueda, Ruth; Lesmez Peralta, Juan C.; Beltrán Villamizar, IvonneTo study inclusive education, it is important to identify the technological tools used in the teaching-learning process, as well as the pedagogical components that enable the elimination of digital and educational gaps in students with disabilities who access Higher Education. A systematic review was carried out following the PRISMA model and the Cochrane Manual 5.1.0, with the collection of information from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The results showed the variety of technological tools used by teachers in classrooms, by students to advance in their studies, and in the innovation projects implemented by universities. Likewise, the methodologies and models implemented in inclusive pedagogy for the teaching-learning process were identified. It was concluded that the use of Information and Communication Technologies in Higher Education leads to a dichotomy between learning to use digital resources or dropping out of school due to the impossibility of adapting to these tools.
