Abstract
La importancia del deporte en la sociedad actual ha incrementado la demanda de profesionales en
este ámbito. Los graduados en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte (CCAFYDE)
desempeñan roles variados, incluyendo docencia y gestión deportiva. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar el tiempo de acceso a puestos de gestión por parte de los egresados en CCAFYDE y estudiar
sus condiciones laborales. La muestra estuvo compuesta por egresados universitarios en CCAFYDE,
694 colegiados (68.3 % hombres, 31.3% mujeres, que representa el 3.7 % de todos los colegiados
afiliados en 2023. El estudio concluyó que la mayoría de estos profesionales accedió a su primer
trabajo en menos de un año, aunque solo el 28.5 % logró un empleo estable en ese tiempo. La red de
contactos fue clave para el 45.8 % de los encuestados al buscar empleo. En cuanto a salarios, la
mayoría percibe entre 1,001 € y 1,500 € mensuales, lo que sugiere la necesidad de mejorar las
condiciones laborales en este sector. La titulación en CCAFYDE es fundamental para acceder a estos
puestos, destacando la importancia del networking en la carrera profesional.
The importance of sports in today's society has increased the demand for professionals in this field. Graduates in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CCAFYDE) play various roles, including teaching and sports management. The aim of this study was to analyze the time it takes for CCAFYDE graduates to access management positions and to examine their working conditions. The sample consisted of university graduates in CCAFYDE, with 694 members (68.3% men, 31.3% women), representing 3.7% of all registered members in 2023. The study results showed that most of these professionals secured their first job in less than a year, although only 28.5% achieved stable employment during that time. Networking was key for 45.8% of respondents in their job search. Regarding salaries, most earn between €1,001 and €1,500 per month, suggesting a need to improve working conditions in this sector. A degree in CCAFYDE is essential for accessing these positions, highlighting the importance of academic qualifications and networking in professional careers.
