dc.description.abstractLa función tutorial en el contexto sanitario va adquiriendo una importancia considerable dentro de la nuestro sistema de formación de especialistas sanitarios; junto a ella también se va potenciando la figura del tutor de residentes, a pesar de no tener definidas, de forma clara y precisa, sus funciones y competencias, así como su perfil profesional. Con este trabajo se trata de dar respuesta a este vacío y a través de las creencias y juicios de valor de los profesionales relacionados directa o indirectamente con esta función y pertenecientes a un proyecto mas amplio sobre “Competencias del tutor de especialistas en Ciencias de la Salud”, definir las finalidades, funciones y objetivos de esta función tutorial, considerando éstas tanto desde una perspectiva realista como desiderativa, con el fin de optimizar dicha función.es
dc.description.abstractThe tutorial function in the sanitary context is getting a bigger and bigger importance inside our sanitary specialists’ formation system; together with this the tutor of the resident’s figure is also more and more important, in spite of the fact that its functions and competences have not been clearly and precisely defined , neither its professional profile. Our aim is to give an answer to this emptiness and through the beliefs and judgments of the professionals related directed or undirected to this function and belonging to a wider project about “the tutor of specialists Competences in Sciences of the Health, to define the purposes, functions and objectives of this tutorial function, taking into account these both from a realistic perspective and as an utopian, with the purpose of optimizing this function.es
