RESUMEN
Ágnes Heller en Una filosofía de la historia en fragmentos se refiere a la imaginación en términos de «un
actor secundario bastante desatendido en la filosofía moderna». A partir de esta expresión y al hilo de algunas
otras menciones que Heller hace en sus obras se verá cómo Hannah Arendt introduce la imaginación en un
sentido inédito convirtiéndola en un actor indispensable en su redescubrimiento de la vida del espíritu.
ABSTRACT Ágnes Heller in A Philosophy of History in Fragments refers to imagination in terms of «a secondary actor quite disregarded in modern philosophy». From this expression and following the thread of some other mentions that Heller does in her works, we will see the way in which Hannah Arendt proposes imagination in a new sense and she turns it into an indispensable actor in her rediscovery of the life of the Mind.
