La premisa común que contienen todos los estudios de distintos países de Europa que se presentan (España, Italia, Portugal, Serbia, Eslovaquia y Croacia) es que la regulación de las causas de extinción de la relación laboral constituye el aspecto más delicado y controvertido de las relaciones laborales.
