Abstract
En este artículo me propongo examinar la relación que Giorgio Agamben establece entre la biopolítica y la máquina antropológica, con el fin de sugerir que la originaria inclusión de la vida a través de la ley y su consecuente do-minación por medio de la lógica de la soberanía puede ser contrarrestada por la conexión entre la vida insalvable y lo que el autor italiano llama “forma de vida”. La vida insalvable, que tiene como su figura suprema una naturaleza humana que permanece perfectamente inoperante, y la forma de vida, que resistiéndose al derecho hace indistinguibles vida y regla, son los elementos clave para hacerle frente a la ontología de la operatividad que, según Agam-ben, domina la política en Occidente
I intend to examine in this article the relationship that Giorgio Agamben establishes between biopolitics and the anthropological machine, in order to suggest that the inclusion of life through law and its consequent domination by the logic of sovereignty can be counterbalanced by the connection between a life that cannot be saved and that which the Italian author calls “form of life”. The unsavable life, that has as a supreme figure a human nature that rests perfectly inoperative, and the form of life, which resisting to right makes life and rule undistinguishable, are the key elements to counteract the ontology of operability that, for Agamben, dominates politics in the West
