Abstract
Se describe un nuevo caso de Síndrome de Meckel-Grüber cuya mayor importancia radica en la posibilidad de su diagnóstico anteparto. El estudio moñológico de la lesión renal demuestra la existencia de una dis­plasia renal total bilateral. FJ diagnóstico definitivo debe apoyarse en la exis­ tencia de un cariotipo normal.-------------
A case of Meckel-Grüber Syndrome is described in thls paper, of the most importance because of its posibility of antepartum diag­nosis. The morphologic study of renal lesion show a total bilateral renal dysplasia. Diagnosis should be -1pported by a normal cariotype.
