Abstract
El turismo se configura como uno de los principales
sectores económicos a nivel mundial, generando importantes
beneficios para los destinos, si bien, es importante realizar una
correcta planificación de esta actividad para controlar los
impactos negativos. El objetivo de este artículo es realizar una
revisión de la literatura científica sobre el turismo en la
provincia de Córdoba, con la finalidad de conocer cuáles son
las principales tipologías turísticas que existen actualmente en
esta provincia, y poder establecer posteriormente futuras líneas
de investigación. Los principales resultados muestran que el
turismo gastronómico y el enoturismo son los dos campos más
analizados en la provincia, y por tanto, se están configurando
como dos importantes tipologías turísticas para Córdoba.
También, cabe destacar que el oleoturismo tiene un gran
potencial para este destino según la literatura científica.
ABSTRACT: Tourism is a major economic sector worldwide, generating significant benefits for the destinations, although it is important to do proper planning of this activity to control negative impacts. The aim of this article is to review the scientific literature on tourism in the province of Cordoba, in order to know which are the main tourist typologies that exist in this province, and to subsequently establish future research. The main results show that wine and culinary tourism are the two most analyzed fields in the province, and therefore being configured as two major tourist typologies for Cordoba. Also, note that the oleotourism has great potential for the province according to the scientific literature.
