Abstract
El presente trabajo aborda las respuestas de Derecho Internacional privado que surgen en la tramitación del divorcio transfronterizo solicitado ante las autoridades notariales españolas. Su objeto es el análisis de las particularidades y cuestiones jurídicas que plantea la aplicación de los Reglamentos europeos relativos a las relaciones familiares internacionales que afectan a las materias comprendidas en la escritura pública notarial, cuya aprobación es necesaria para la formalización de la disolución del vínculo matrimonial. --------
The aim of this paper is to address the answers of Private International Law to cross–border divorces procedures sought from the Spanish notarial authorities. The specificities and legal questions raised by the application of European regulations concerning international family relationships affecting matters requiring notarial deeds, the approval of which is necessary for formalising the dissolution of marriage, are going to be analysed.
