Abstract
El papel asignado a los profesores, tanto en nuestro sistema educativo como en los de nuestro entorno, exige mayores cotas de calidad y rendimiento en su tarea profesional, que va más allá, en nuestro caso, de una adecuada formación técnica en matemáticas. La asignatura Didáctica de la Matemática en la Enseñanza Secundaria optativa de 2º Ciclo de la Licenciatura de Matemáticas de la Universidad de Almería, está dirigida a contribuir a la formación inicial de los profesores de matemáticas de Secundaria; presentamos los objetivos, contenidos y de modo particular la metodología y evaluación seguidos en el desarrollo de esta asignatura.
The role assigned to teachers, both in our educational system and in that of other countries around us, demands on them higher quality and achievement standards in their professional task, going beyond an adequate technical training in Mathematics, as far as we are concerned. The subjet Didactics of Mathematics in Secondary School, which is optional in the 2nd cycle of the degree in Mathematics of the University of Almería, is aimed to contribute to the initial training of secondary teachers of Mathematics, providing elements which enables them to exercise their task professionaly. We present the goals, contents, and, especially, the methodology and assessment, followed in the development of this subject.
