Abstract
El presente trabajo pretende ofrecer un marco de reflexión y
propuestas sobre la formación inicial del profesorado de enseñanza
secundaria, partiendo de los datos ofrecidos por una muestra de
profesores/as en activo y de la experiencia formativa llevada a cabo
por un equipo de profesores de la Universidad de La Laguna (Canarias).
The objective of this work is to offer some points of reflexion as well as some proposals concerning the initial training of secondary school teachers. The work is based on the information received from a sample of working teachers and the formative experiences put into practice by a team of lecturers at the University of La Laguna (The Canary Islands).
