Abstract
Los sistemas de aprovechamiento del agua han generado, a lo
largo de su dilatada trayectoria, una importante huella sobre el
paisaje tanto urbano como rural; galerías, minados, aljibes y
diversidad de artilugios hidráulicos constituyen un patrimonio que
merece su conservación y puesta en valor no solamente como un
legado cultural y educativo, también como un importante recurso
turístico. En el presente artículo se presentan posibilidades y líneas
de trabajo para hacer de los mismos, espacios de ocio y turismo, lo
que sin duda favorecerá el desarrollo local, en este caso de Yecla
(Murcia), generando empleo e inversiones en una economía
competitiva y globalizada que aprovecha oportunidades innovadoras
y complementarias

In the present article, possibilities and lines of work will be presented to make water landscapes, leisure and tourism spac es, which undoubtedly will favor local development in this case of Yecla (Murcia), generating employment and investments in an economy competitive and globalized that takes advantage of innovative and complementary opportunities.
