Abstract
Se analiza la tutoría como elemento básico de la excelencia
educativa, resaltando su carácter nuclear en todo proceso
formativo institucionalizado. Se constata la relación entre
los procesos educativos, la orientación y la tutoría, desde el
nuevo enfoque de la auténtica orientación. En el contexto
universitario se debaten sus competencias, destacando que,
desde sus orígenes, la tutoría ha constituido el sentido de
la función y el quehacer de la finalidad y optimización de
la formación universitaria, tanto en la búsqueda del saber
como en la pretensión de aplicación social. Esta situación
aboca en el análisis de las opciones de la acción tutorial
en la Universidad, sus modalidades y sus posibilidades
de intervención, y se plantean, de forma más concreta,
recogiendo las experiencias destacables en el ámbito
universitario, las estrategias organizativas y de desarrollo en
aulas y situaciones individualizadas.
The tutorial is seen as an essential component of educational excellence due to its key nature in every institutionalized learning process. From the new approach of authentic guidance, the paper shows the relationship between educational process, guidance and tutorial support. Competences are discussed within the university context, underlining that, since its origin, the tutorial has been the real meaning of the function and activity of the purpose and optimization of university training, both in the search for knowledge and in the attempt for social application. This results in the analysis of options of tutorial support activities at university, different modes and action possibilities. Further, organizational and educational development strategies in the classroom and individualized situations are presented in a more specific way, collecting the most remarkable experiences.
