Abstract
La investigación se centra en la violencia familiar, particularmente en la violencia intragénero, una problemática a menudo invisibilizada, la cual se define co-mo conductas abusivas en relaciones de personas del mismo sexo, donde uno de los miembros ejerce poder sobre el otro, manifestándose en abuso psicológico, físico, emocional, sexual y económico. Es por esto que se menciona que barreras como la discriminación y la homofobia dificultan el reconocimiento de este tipo de violencia, la cual es considerada como violencia doméstica.En Colombia, la falta de información y los estereotipos perpetúan la invisibilización de la violencia intragénero. Por tal el ob-jetivo de esta investigación es visibilizar esta problemática mediante una revisión sis-temática desde la perspectiva del trabajo social, identificando los tipos de violencia y promoviendo soluciones, de igual forma se subraya la necesidad de involucrar a la profesión del trabajo social para proteger los derechos de las víctimas y proporcionar mayor atención para ellas.
The research focuses on family violence, particularly intragender violence, an often-invisible problem, which is defined as abusive behavior in same-sex relation-ships, where one of the members exercises power over the other, manifesting itself in psychological, physical, emotional, sexual and economic abuse. This is why it is men-tioned that barriers such as discrimination and homophobia make it difficult to recog-nize this type of violence, which in Spanish law is classified as domestic violence, not gender violence.In Colombia, the lack of information and stereotypes perpetuate the invisibility of intragender violence. Therefore, the objective of this research is to make this problem visible through a systematic review from the perspective of social work, identifying the types of violence and promoting solutions. Likewise, the need to in-volve the social work profession to protect rights is highlighted. of victims and im-prove their care.
