dc.description.abstractLos efectos perniciosos de la acumulación absoluta de penas en el caso de concurso de delitos exigen de factores de corrección atendiendo a los límites temporales de la propia vida y al fin de reinserción social que inspiran las penas privativas de libertad. Conforme a ello, el presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar el fundamento y alcance de la acumulación jurídica atendiendo, fundamentalmente, a la más reciente doctrina jurisprudencial y al Acuerdo de la Sala Segunda del Tribunal Supremo de 3 febrero de 2016, en el que se unifica la interpretación del artículo 76 del Código Penal, en su redacción actual.es
dc.description.abstractThe harmful effects of total accumulation of crime penalties require correction factors taking into account the factors that inspire imprisonment, especially the time limits of life itself and the principle of social reintegration. Accordingly, this paper aims to examine the basis and scope of legal accumulation attending mainly to the most recent Jurisprudential Doctrine and the Agreement of the Second Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court of February 3th, 2016, which unifies the interpretation of 76 of the Spanish Penal Code.eng
