Reflexiones sobre la reforma del sistema educativo español (1982-1988)

Abstract

La Reforma de las enseñanzas se inicia en España con el primer Gobierno socialista a partir de 1982. Durante un primer período diferentes experiencias de Reforma de estructura, servicios, profesorado... se van sucediendo en los diferentes territorios, área M.E.C., Comunidad catalana, Comunidad vasca. El resultado viene a ser un espectro de Reformas procesuales, abiertas y ricas en contenido. Más recientemente (1987), el proceso se reconduce y la inicial Reforma abierta y procesual se tecnocratiza en pro de una Reforma Curricular más uniforme y regulada. El cambio de titularidad en el Ministerio de Educación parece conllevará nuevos cambios, quizás una tercera Reforma.

The Education Reform in Spain takes form with the first socialist Government after 1982. As a first stage, different experiencies concerning to structure, services, teacher training and so on are organized in different territories by the Central Administration, Catalan and Basq Communities. In this first stage we can observe a process Reform which is structured open and ambitiously. More recently in 1987, the Reform process changes its line and the open and processual Reform gets regulated in a way. In June, 1988, the Education Ministry changes and it seems we are going to get involved in new changes and perhaps in a third Reform.
