La metodología de la investigación-acción al servicio de los profesores noveles

Abstract

Este trabajo es un proyecto orientado al seguimiento del maestro novel en Mallorca para detectar los problemas que se le presentan en los primeros años de ejercicio con el objetivo de establecer una estructura de soporte básica que le pueda ayudar a resolver estos problemas, enmarcado en un programa de formación permanente del profesorado. El tema de este estudio es un elemento clave para establecer un verdadero puente entre la formación permanente y la formación inicial. Paralelamente, el proyecto puede incidir, revisar y mejorar el curriculum de la Escuela de Formación del Profesorado. Fundamentalmente, la metodología que proponemos en este trabajo es la Investigación-Acción, necesidad derivada directamente de la naturaleza misma del objeto de estudio.

The aim of this project is to follow the new teacher and to find out the problems that they have in the first years in order to establish some orientations to help them to solve these problems, in in-service programme. The subject of this study is a key element to establish a bridge between the in-service and the pre-service. At the same time, the project could be used to revise and improve the curriculum of the teachers trainning school. In this project we proose basically a methodology based in action-research, because we think that it´s a necessity that derives directly from the same nature of the purpose of the study.
