- PublicationOpen AccessLa recepción del derecho feudal común en Cataluña I (1211-1330): (La alienación del feudo sin el consentimiento del Señor)(Murcia : Universidad de Murcia, Instituto de Derecho Común Europeo, 1992) Montagut i Estragués, Tomás deSobre la base de un análisis profundo y pormenorizado de las fuentes se expone la experiencia jurídica de la sociedad catalana en materia feudal en los siglos XIII-XIV, detallando la actitud que adoptan los monarcas y la clase jurídica frente al derecho feudal común, al que integran en el derecho regio sin romper con la tradición anterior. Based upon a deep and detailed analysis of the sources, the juridical experience of the Catalan society regarding feudal matters during the 13th to 14th centuries is here clescribed, particularizing the attitude of the kings and of the juridical class conceming the feudal common law, which they integrate in the Roya1 law without breaking with the former tradition.
