XIII, a fin de determinar sus significados fundamentales, teniendo en cuenta el carácter jurídico de los documentos. Asimismo, trataremos de determinar con precisión las condiciones de uso de los diferentes tipos de construcción modal según el carácter concreto del texto. Our aim is to analyze the modal constructions ocuning in notarial documents from XIII th. century, in order to determine their fundamental meanings, bearing in mind the juridical character of these documents. Likewise, we shall try to determine with precision the conditions of use of the different kinds of modal construction according to the concrete character of the text.
